I really wished each activity of the company to display the following values significant to us: quality and honesty in business relations.
The firm was set up out of passion and willingness to create something new, own from scratch. I benefited from my prior experience gained in various sectors, and in transport.
“We started from a modest three-member group, in one room of a rented flat. For several years pertinacity, team spirit and solicitude for everything that we do have allowed us to expand the firm. Today over a dozen people every month handle a thousand transportation operations”.
We have developed our own structures, procedures and service system both of cargos themselves and of documentation. Thanks to this we can ensure an efficient information flow, quality, punctuality in relations with customers and partners in business.
We combine young age, passion with experience. How is it possible? Although we are a young company, established in 2014, we benefit from experience of people who have created the Master TSL brand. Founders of the company tested their knowledge about the transport and freight forwarding sector in earlier projects. Combination of this experience and entrepreneurial spirit gave rise to the dynamic firm which can fully exploit the potential and professionalism of its team. We possess Polish capital in one hundred per cent.
International specialisation and business model based on long-lasting relations require large flexibility and knowledge of the European market. An international team, handling one and a half thousand transportation operations every month, helps rise to daily challenges. We are close to our customers - this is the advantage of the medium-sized company. In our firm procedures support relations instead of blocking them as it happens in larger organisations where a quick decision-making process is hard to come by.
